The amount of cookbooks and 'how to make cake' books in my small flat is impossible to count. Although I love flipping through the pretty pictures, they remained just pretty pictures on my bookshelf. but this didn't stop me buy new ones.
Recently I have discovered my cooking repertoire has started to repeat it self, and one fateful sunday while I was 'suppose' to do my projects, I reached into my cookbook library and made a Nigella chocolate cake......and wow....it was lush!
This is not to say all my receipie trials is without its disasters, I remember my macaroons that looked more like the rocks in rockyroads than Hermes.
So I decided while I will utilize my cookbook range, I will share my trial and errors!
